What you will do
- Own technical execution for an embedded innovation squad from discovery through to production.
- Design and govern reusable agentic AI patterns including orchestration, tool use, memory, and retrieval.
- Codify validated solutions into reference implementations and starter kits for enterprise-wide scaling.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to finalize requirements and provide architectural guidance.
- Ensure all AI solutions meet enterprise standards for security, data governance, and infrastructure.
- Mentor and elevate team members while evaluating emerging technologies.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with a proven track record of taking AI prototypes to production.
- Deep expertise in LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, and RAG at enterprise scale.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, TypeScript/JavaScript, and SQL.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and managed AI/ML services.
- Solid understanding of data modeling across relational, columnar, and vector stores.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive technical decisions across cross-functional teams.
