What you will do

• Manage full lifecycle recruiting for technical (Software, DevSecOps, Cloud, Cybersecurity) and corporate roles.
• Source and screen high-quality candidates to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to move candidates efficiently through the hiring process.
• Handle interview scheduling, candidate communications, and ATS (JazzHR) management.
• Support onboarding, new hire orientation, and various People Operations initiatives.
• Contribute to employer branding and social media efforts to attract top technical talent.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in technical recruiting.
• Eligibility to work under a W2 arrangement in the USA.
• Proven expertise in sourcing and screening across diverse technical skill sets.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting federal government contracting or IT modernization programs.
• Background in People Operations, employee engagement, or onboarding.
• Experience with JazzHR.
