What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
  • Support campaigns throughout their entire lifecycle
  • Provide regular performance reporting and deliver persuasive QBR presentations
  • Negotiate business terms and drive upselling opportunities
  • Push optimizations to meet both client and internal goals
  • Drive company-wide or local projects within account management

Requirements

  • Experience in account management
  • Experience in e-commerce and/or retargeting
  • Persuasive communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong problem-solving and quantitative skills, including very good command of Excel
  • Advanced English (C1)
  • Must be based in São Paulo, Brazil
