What you will do

• Process financial transactions accurately in accordance with Bank policies and procedures.
• Profile new and existing customers to suggest tailored banking products and services.
• Open new accounts, ensuring all documentation is accurate and completed timely.
• Handle stop payments, debit card orders, and resolve customer issues with prompt feedback.
• Refer customers to specialized bank departments to help achieve retail branch goals.
• Safeguard sensitive customer information and adhere to all financial regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Must be based in or be able to commute to Hudson, CO.
• Preferably 6–12 months of bank teller experience.
• Experience in customer service, sales, or cross-selling.
