What you will do

• Support Financial Consultants with operational and administrative tasks to deliver high-quality client service.
• Resolve client inquiries regarding investment products and proactively prevent escalations.
• Execute trades and provide pricing/comparisons using multiple systems.
• Open and maintain client accounts in compliance with Books and Records standards.
• Manage money movement and coordinate account servicing with custodians and external firms.
• Prepare client presentations highlighting market trends, investment strategies, and supporting data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Economics and 3-4 years of experience, or 5-7 years of equivalent experience.
• FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 or 66 licenses are required.
• Thorough knowledge of banking practices, policies, and loan documentation regulations.
• Understanding of bonds, securities, and their related tax implications.
• Strong PC skills and professional verbal and written communication.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a professional manner.
