What you will do

• Review and approve shareholder and DTC presentations for various stock transfer types.
• Process routine/non-routine transfers, inheritance, gift transfers, and cost basis data.
• Manage DTC processing (DWAC & DRS) and DRIP/DSPP plan enrollments.
• Handle new issuances of stock and restricted stock transfers.
• Partner with other departments to resolve and remediate day-to-day operational issues.
• Assist with testing requirements for system enhancement initiatives.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Edgewood, NY
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1+ years of prior Transfer Agent or Financial industry experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
• High level of detail orientation and ability to prioritize critical tasks.
• Exceptional writing skills for drafting professional and sympathetic responses.
