Technical Account Manager (AI)

Location: Must be based in Ireland (Remote)

Compensation: €145,000 – €170,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own the technical relationship and long-term outcomes for a portfolio of strategic voice AI and real-time engineering accounts.
• Drive architecture reviews and design consultations to model customer growth and ensure platform scalability.
• Deepen product adoption by identifying capability gaps and steering customers toward optimal implementations.
• Quarterback internal teams, including Developer Success and Forward Deployed Engineers, to resolve complex technical issues.
• Act as the customer's voice internally, translating field signals into product, pricing, and positioning feedback.
• Lead executive business reviews and define the engagement playbook for the company's most important accounts.

Requirements

• 8+ years in technical, customer-facing roles such as TAM, Solutions Architect, or Sales Engineer.
• Fluent in developer-platform fundamentals including APIs, SDKs, and deployment patterns.
• Familiarity with real-time, distributed, or developer-platform systems and the challenges of scaling them.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical detail for executive audiences.
• Must be based in Ireland as the primary location for this remote role.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with WebRTC, SIP, media servers, or voice AI infrastructure.
• Experience building or operating LLM agent systems or AI-native applications.
• Hands-on coding experience in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Go.
• Early-stage startup experience and a history of building functional playbooks.
