What you will do

• Lead the design, delivery, and standardization of the organization's platform infrastructure.
• Ensure platform solutions are secure, reliable, and scalable in alignment with enterprise architecture.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership across various infrastructure and platform domains.
• Support Epic client delivery to meet clinical operational requirements.
• Serve as the primary technical authority within the Platform Engineering team.
• Mentor engineers through complex initiatives and infrastructure modernization efforts.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in enterprise infrastructure, platform engineering, or systems engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 2 or more relevant technical certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, Citrix, VMware, IGEL, or CompTIA).
• Proven ability to lead senior technical initiatives and mentor other engineers.
