What you will do

• Manage global IT stack delivery including identity, endpoint, and network infrastructure.
• Contribute to enterprise identity programs using Okta, SCIM, and IGA governance tools.
• Oversee global endpoint engineering, including MDM fleet management and zero-touch provisioning.
• Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using Terraform or Pulumi across the IT stack.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex IT support issues and maintain clear documentation.
• Support network infrastructure operations in coordination with external partners.

Requirements

• 8+ years of enterprise IT platform or systems engineering experience in high-growth tech companies.
• Hands-on Okta or modern enterprise IAM platform proficiency in a production environment.
• Proven experience with SCIM provisioning, JML automation, and directory services.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) expertise using Terraform, Pulumi, or Ansible at scale.
• Multi-cloud platform engineering experience across at least two of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Endpoint engineering proficiency with MDM tools like Mosyle or Intune.
• Experience operating in SOX, HIPAA, or similar compliance-regulated environments.
• Must be based in the US (excluding AK, DE, IA, MS, NE, SD, WV, WI).

Nice to have

• Hands-on PAM experience (Delinea, CyberArk, BeyondTrust).
• Experience with Network-as-a-Service or outsourced partner management.
• Familiarity with modern ITSM platforms like ServiceNow or JSM.
• Background in digital health or HIPAA-regulated environments.
