What you will do

• Plan, implement, and own Google Shopping, Search, and Bing campaigns end-to-end.
• Strategically develop and scale the paid search advertising channel to shape long-term direction.
• Manage and optimize significant advertising budgets and the annual KPI framework.
• Analyze performance data to identify levers and translate insights into concrete optimization actions.
• Lead A/B and multivariate testing initiatives to drive lasting improvements.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Data, Pricing, and Country Management teams to ensure measurement accuracy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on SEA / Performance Marketing experience with scale ownership of Shopping and Search campaigns.
• Deep expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Merchant Center, and feed optimization.
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, GA4, and attribution models.
• Fluent English is a must.
• Must be based in Germany to allow for occasional office attendance in Cologne.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in German.
• Experience with feed optimization tools like ProductsUp.
• Experience with AI tools, scripts, and LLMs in a marketing context.
