Solution Advisor (GRC)

TL;DR

Solution Advisor (GRC/SaaS): Driving platform adoption and delivering measurable customer outcomes for a continuous controls monitoring (CCM) platform with an accent on security, risk, and compliance automation. Focus on leading solution workshops, configuring the hirify.global platform, and translating customer requirements into product enhancements.

Location: Remote (Must be a US Citizen). Option to be based in Boston, Knoxville, or DC area offices. Up to 25% travel required.

What you will do

• Lead post-sales onboarding and solution workshops to ensure production readiness and long-term adoption.
• Configure and demonstrate the hirify.global platform to address complex security, risk, and compliance challenges.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners on integrations and digitizing compliance frameworks.
• Develop and deliver customer training to maximize platform utilization.
• Relay customer requirements to the Product team to guide future feature development.
• Support the Sales team with technical responses for RFPs, RFIs, and SOWs.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen (subject to background check and drug testing).
• Deep understanding of at least one GRC framework (e.g., NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, ISO 27001, SOC2 Type 2).
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a compliance practitioner or in GRC SaaS professional services/customer success.
• Deep understanding of SaaS products, deployment processes, and cloud-based technologies.
• Ability to present complex concepts to both business and technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Python or C# for scripting, API integrations, or automation workflows.
• Cybersecurity and/or GRC Certifications.
• Experience working with U.S. Federal Civilian customers or federal cybersecurity programs.
