TL;DR

D365 CE CRM Developer (Field Service): Developing and maintaining enterprise-grade Field Service solutions within a large public sector digital transformation project with an accent on Dynamics 365 CE, URS, and RSO modules. Focus on building robust integrations using C# and TypeScript, managing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring high-quality service delivery through agile practices.

Location: Must be based in the UK and able to work on a hybrid basis (60% office, 40% home) from one of the following offices: Swansea, Bristol, Newcastle, Nottingham, Oldham, Leeds, Birmingham, or Yeading. Security Clearance eligibility required (must have lived in the UK for at least the last 5 years without leaving for 30+ days at a time).

Salary: £44,241 – £58,997 + 28.97% pension contribution.

What you will do

  • Develop and customize Dynamics 365 CE Field Service solutions.
  • Implement and optimize Universal Resource Scheduling (URS) and Resource Scheduling Optimisation (RSO).
  • Write and maintain C# .NET and TypeScript plugins.
  • Manage and improve CI/CD pipelines within Azure DevOps.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver user-focused services in an agile environment.
  • Coach and mentor junior software developers and test engineers.

Requirements

  • Must be eligible for UK Security Clearance (5-year UK residency requirement).
  • Strong applied knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CE and Field Service.
  • Experience with URS and RSO modules.
  • Proficiency in C#, .NET, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and ALM pipelines.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
