What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse
• Lead end-to-end solution delivery from requirements to deployment and support
• Develop integrations with external systems using best-practice patterns
• Optimise existing solutions for performance, usability, and maintainability
• Ensure platform governance, security, and compliance standards
• Act as technical escalation point, mentor teams, and drive ALM improvements

Requirements

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365, with relevant certifications
• Deep expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, configuration, customisation, and integrations
• Proven track record in end-to-end solution design and delivery
• Strong knowledge of ALM, DevOps, data governance, and security best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience in agile environments and modern capabilities like AI and Microsoft Copilot
