Junior Accountant (Part-Time, Fixed-Term)

Junior Accountant (Finance): Providing financial support to hirify.global subsidiaries with an accent on accurate booking of accounting transactions and month-end closing. Focus on processing supplier invoices, validating expense claims, and ensuring high-quality financial operations.

Location: Hybrid (Must be based in Bucharest, Romania)

What you will do

• Book accounting transactions, including supplier invoices, fixed assets, and project/cost center transactions.
• Assist with supplier and bank payments.
• Participate in month-end closing activities according to group guidelines and requirements.
• Process supplier invoices through the Medius electronic workflow system.
• Validate Expense and Travel Expense claims in CONCUR.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work from the Bucharest office (Hybrid setup).
• Multicultural mindset for working in an international environment.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations (Dynamics AX/Axapta) or another ERP system.
