What you will do

• Provide technical support to production teams to ensure safe and efficient plant operations.
• Monitor process performance and troubleshoot issues impacting safety, quality, and productivity.
• Support production during plant start-ups, shutdowns, and operational transitions.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase production efficiency and product yield.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Analyze production data and identify performance trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in chemical manufacturing or process industries.
• Knowledge of unit operations: reaction, distillation, crystallization, filtration, drying, and solvent recovery.
• Knowledge of process safety principles (PSM, HAZOP, MOC).
• Experience with Root Cause Analysis, CAPA methodologies, and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• English: Fluent (C1) proficiency required.
