What you will do

• Lead and own paint and surface finishing processes, including pretreatment, powder coating, and liquid paint systems.
• Support NPDI programs by defining paint specifications, validation plans, and production ramp-up strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, yield, cycle time, and material cost reduction.
• Analyze paint-related defects using Six Sigma and root cause methodologies.
• Lead paint equipment selection, layout design, and capital projects.
• Ensure regulatory, environmental, and safety compliance of all paint operations.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in manufacturing engineering specializing in industrial paint processes.
• Strong expertise with powder coating and/or liquid paint systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Legal authorization to work in the designated region.
