What you will do

  • Install, inspect, and commission medical equipment according to manufacturer and regulatory standards.
  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and diagnose complex electro-mechanical, hardware, and software faults.
  • Conduct calibration, functional testing, and performance verification to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide on-site and remote technical support while building trust-based customer relationships.
  • Record all service activities promptly using ServiceMax and other internal systems.
  • Deliver technical training to biomedical engineers and clinical staff on maintenance and troubleshooting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • At least three years of experience in servicing medical equipment (dialysis or renal care experience is an advantage).
  • Strong technical knowledge of dialysis machines and ancillary equipment.
  • Proven troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for complex hardware and software issues.
  • Proficiency in service documentation systems.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites for on-site technical support.
