What you will do

• Manage and maintain hirify.global imaging equipment within the assigned territory.
• Perform timely troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance on digital X-ray and imaging systems.
• Execute installations, software updates, and performance analysis for medical imaging hardware.
• Collaborate with project management and installation teams to validate new system deployments.
• Provide technical support to sales teams during pre- and post-sales activities.
• Escalate complex technical issues and maintain clear communication with customers and management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology field.
• 5+ years of direct field experience with traditional and digital X-ray equipment.
• Expert knowledge of networking, operating systems (UNIX/Windows), and databases (Oracle/SQL).
• Experience with electronic and electromechanical systems.
• Must be eligible to travel overnight within the US and Canada.
• Must be eligible to apply for US National Agency Check (NAC) security clearances.

Nice to have

• MCSE, Network+, or CIIP certifications.
• Experience with PACS, RIS, and EMR systems.
• Previous experience in an expert-level role with X-ray technology.
