What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-departmental partners to gather and prioritize business requirements.
• Maintain and refine the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business value and technical feasibility.
• Provide clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and guidance to development teams throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate product releases with project managers, developers, and QA teams.
• Monitor product performance and capture partner feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar software development/IT role.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and frameworks.
• Understanding of Lean Six Sigma, Process Improvement, and Change Management.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical partners.
