Compensation: $117,500 – $270,000 USD (Total Target Compensation based on geographic zone)

What you will do

• Lead the design and development of advanced Salesforce data solutions ensuring security and scalability.
• Architect integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems with a focus on performance and observability.
• Build and maintain complex data migration, transformation, and validation processes.
• Drive platform modernization by identifying technical debt and proposing architectural improvements.
• Partner with product, engineering, and data quality teams to deliver high-impact data initiatives.
• Mentor engineers and administrators through design reviews and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 6+ years of experience in enterprise data engineering or Salesforce engineering.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce data modeling, SQL, SOQL, and platform design patterns.
• Strong experience with enterprise-grade ETL tooling such as dbAmp.
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or one architect certification required.
• Proven ability to solve complex data problems and optimize platform performance.

• Additional architect, data, integration, or advanced platform certifications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering.
