What you will do

• Develop and maintain complex web applications with a focus on backend systems.
• Create real-time data monitoring applications with various visualizations.
• Optimize general system performance and responsiveness.
• Contribute to architectural decisions via trade-off analysis.
• Author technical and user documentation.
• Mentor less experienced engineers by sharing knowledge.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in C#, Java, Rust, or Python.
• Practical experience with data streaming frameworks (Kafka, Flink, MQTT, Redis).
• Proficiency in handling high-frequency scientific data (time series, frequency domain).
• Experience designing microservices and API architectures.
• Knowledge of Protobuf and columnar file formats (Parquet, Arrow, zarr).
• Experience with automated testing and CI/CD (preferably in GitLab).

Nice to have

• Experience with RESTful and WebSocket-based applications.
• Knowledge of OLAP column-oriented databases (Druid, Clickhouse).
• Understanding of cloud services, infrastructure, and networking.
• Experience with frontend frameworks, preferably React.
• Background in Aerospace Engineering domain use cases.
