What you will do

• Build high-quality, scalable, and maintainable Python services and data pipelines.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists to develop and integrate cutting-edge ML/AI systems.
• Design and operate cost-effective data pipelines using PostgreSQL, BigQuery, ClickHouse, and GCS.
• Optimize end-to-end LLM workloads, including multi-provider routing, cost monitoring, and fallbacks.
• Orchestrate complex workflows with Temporal and deploy on Kubernetes/GCP.
• Manage system reliability and observability using Grafana, Prometheus, Sentry, and Langfuse.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong fundamentals in clean code and testing.
• Strong proficiency in Python development.
• Experience with Docker (Kubernetes is a plus).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure management.
• Experience building scalable and cost-effective data pipelines.
• Must be based in Cyprus.

• Solid knowledge of SQL and experience maintaining relational databases.
