What you will do

• Manage the ServiceNow incident backlog and prioritize run tickets based on business impact.
• Coordinate incident resolution with development teams and communicate outcomes to stakeholders.
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for recurring incidents to streamline operational tasks.
• Implement monitoring and alerting for Security Analytics data sources to ensure quality and availability.
• Ensure the operational performance and reliability of solutions delivered by the Security Analytics team.
• Support user training for Power BI reports and self-service BI datasets.

Requirements

• Fluent in English
• Proven experience as a Product Owner in Agile/Scrum environments using JIRA.
• Strong background in data and business intelligence projects.
• Proficiency in Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, and Power BI.
• Advanced SQL skills for data analysis.
• Solid understanding of IT principles including protocols, APIs, and networking.
