What you will do

• Lead the global finance function across FP&A, accounting, reporting, treasury, controls, compliance, and investor relations.
• Personally own the quality and logic of core financial models for forecasting, M&A, financing, and scenario planning.
• Drive the annual budget, re-forecasting cadence, and management reporting process.
• Oversee cash forecasting, liquidity planning, banking relationships, debt facilities, and FX exposure.
• Accountable for close, consolidation, audit readiness, statutory compliance, and transfer pricing.
• Build a scalable, AI-native finance function by implementing end-to-end automation and agentic processes.

Requirements

• Expertise in Enterprise FP&A and financial model architecture for executive decision-making.
• Deep knowledge of capital structure, treasury, and financing instruments.
• Experience with global accounting standards and multi-jurisdictional reporting.
• Proven track record in finance team leadership and operating model design.
• Ability to implement AI-enabled tooling and automate financial operations.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Toronto office on a hybrid basis.
