Salary: $68,400 - $83,600 CAD

What you will do
- Own and optimize the full accounts payable (AP) cycle to drive automation.
- Partner with the finance team to execute month-end close, including reconciliations and journal entries.
- Manage the corporate credit card program and enforce company-wide spend policies.
- Prepare supporting schedules and documentation for year-end audit requirements.
- Contribute to internal controls and process documentation to support business scalability.
- Leverage AI and automation tools to improve financial data integrity and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 1.5+ years of professional accounting experience.
- CPA designation or actively pursuing the credential.
- Proficiency with AP and month-end workflows.
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and vendor management.
- Experience or familiarity with US GAAP standards.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Toronto.
Nice to have
- Experience working in a tech or startup environment.
- Familiarity with Rillet or similar accounting ERP systems.
