What you will do

• Own product strategy and roadmap for sensor capabilities, aligning them with business and security outcomes.
• Prioritize development based on customer value, risk reduction, performance, and engineering costs.
• Collaborate with sensor, platform, and cloud engineering teams to deliver sequenced, shippable milestones.
• Manage the full feature lifecycle from discovery and requirements to rollout and iterative improvement using telemetry.
• Synthesize feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to identify and remove adoption blockers.
• Define and track key metrics such as deployment coverage, upgrade velocity, and crash rates to guide future development.

Requirements

• 6+ years of B2B product management experience, with 3+ years owning security, endpoint, or platform products.
• Proven experience shipping software for customer devices (Windows, macOS, or Linux).
• Technical proficiency in OS internals, security controls, telemetry, and APIs.
• Exceptional communication skills for creating PRDs and defending roadmap decisions to executives.
• BA or BS degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
• Must be based in Sunnyvale, CA.

Nice to have

• Background in EDR or XDR cybersecurity.
• Experience building reusable internal services and APIs.
• Familiarity with enterprise endpoint management (MDM, RMM, configuration management).
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to streamline workflows and drive efficiency.
