hirify.global empowers mortgage lenders, banks, and credit unions to automate income and asset verification through consumer-permissioned data and automated document processing.

What you will do

  • Lead consultative, product-led sales conversations to diagnose lender verification workflows.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and closing.
  • Partner with Product and Solutions Engineering to scope POS/LOS integrations and pilots.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline via outbound, inbound, and relationship-driven sourcing.
  • Navigate complex enterprise buying committees including operations, compliance, and IT executives.
  • Gather and communicate customer workflow feedback to the Product team to influence the roadmap.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B sales with a track record of selling into mortgage lenders or the mortgage ecosystem.
  • Deep operational and technical knowledge of mortgage origination and verification workflows.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
  • Ability to conduct technical evaluations and discuss API integrations, POS/LOS, and pilots.
  • Proven consistency in meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Must be eligible for US-based employment (401k and US-market focus)

Nice to have

  • Experience at a mortgage technology, fintech, or verification company.
  • Familiarity with VOIE/VOA/VOE and GSE programs (DU/AIM).
  • Hands-on experience with major POS and LOS platforms.
  • Experience working in an early-stage or high-growth startup environment.
