What you will do
- Lead consultative, product-led sales conversations to diagnose lender verification workflows.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and closing.
- Partner with Product and Solutions Engineering to scope POS/LOS integrations and pilots.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline via outbound, inbound, and relationship-driven sourcing.
- Navigate complex enterprise buying committees including operations, compliance, and IT executives.
- Gather and communicate customer workflow feedback to the Product team to influence the roadmap.
Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B sales with a track record of selling into mortgage lenders or the mortgage ecosystem.
- Deep operational and technical knowledge of mortgage origination and verification workflows.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
- Ability to conduct technical evaluations and discuss API integrations, POS/LOS, and pilots.
- Proven consistency in meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Must be eligible for US-based employment (401k and US-market focus)
Nice to have
- Experience at a mortgage technology, fintech, or verification company.
- Familiarity with VOIE/VOA/VOE and GSE programs (DU/AIM).
- Hands-on experience with major POS and LOS platforms.
- Experience working in an early-stage or high-growth startup environment.
