What you will do

• Architect and design innovative network systems features in collaboration with customers and hardware engineers.
• Develop and maintain system features using C, C++, and Python.
• Create automated tests and infrastructure to ensure feature reliability.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to bring new hardware to market.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers.
• Analyze and fix complex problems in customer networks alongside support engineers.

Requirements

• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience (6 years for MS, 3 years for PhD).
• Expert knowledge of C, C++, and Python.
• Proficiency with UNIX or Linux.
• Hands-on experience in the design and development of hardware device drivers or system management utilities.
• Must be based in or authorized to work in Nashua, NH, USA.

Nice to have

• Understanding of IP networking or distributed systems.
