What you will do

• Apply and advance AI-SDLC methodologies using tools like Claude and ChatGPT to optimize the development lifecycle.
• Build and maintain AI plugins, MCP servers, and engineering tooling to extend AI capabilities into workflows.
• Deliver reusable platform capabilities including shared Apex and LWC libraries to accelerate team velocity.
• Write production-quality code for Salesforce, MuleSoft, and AWS-based cloud services.
• Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure high-quality, scalable releases.
• Mentor engineers on architectural patterns, Salesforce development, and engineering best practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 5 years focused on the Salesforce platform.
• Advanced programming skills in Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components.
• Proficiency in Python or another object-oriented language and experience with AWS cloud development.
• Demonstrated fluency with AI coding tools and experience building AI-integrated workflows.
• Must be based in the US.
• Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer certifications.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Billing.
• Knowledge of Go, Ruby, or Node.js.
• Experience with container-based architectures like Docker and Kubernetes.
