Salary: CA$186,838 - CA$299,886/year (OTE: CA$205,600 - CA$330,000/year).

• Design and maintain scalable systems for cloud data ingestion and transformation.
• Drive architectural decisions and contribute to long-term technical strategy.
• Deliver end-to-end features, including both backend services and frontend experiences.

• Solve complex challenges related to high-volume data processing and distributed systems.

Requirements

• 6+ years of full-stack development experience with a focus on scalable web applications.
• Strong understanding of design, data structures, and algorithms.
• Proven track record as a technical leader driving architectural strategy.
• Experience working in an agile team environment.
• Must be based in or able to work from Toronto, Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience with high-volume data pipelines (Kafka, Airflow, SQS, RabbitMQ).
• Proficiency with Python/Django, Ruby on Rails, or React.
• Experience with Snowflake and modern data warehousing.
• Background in building distributed systems and microservice architectures.
