What you will do

• Act as the senior client-facing point of accountability for AI and digital transformation engagements.
• Lead project planning, mobilization, and delivery oversight using established governance frameworks.
• Manage project controls including RAID logs, change control, and financial tracking.
• Oversee commercial health through revenue forecasting, margin monitoring, and scope management.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal squads and third-party vendors.
• Facilitate smooth sales-to-delivery handovers and contribute to business development proposals.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a client-facing professional services role within an MSP or digital consultancy.
• Proven track record of managing complex programs in AI or data domains.
• Experience delivering AI/ML-enabled products to enterprise clients.
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and GitHub/GitLab.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience influencing C-suite stakeholders.
• Must be based in the UK.
