What you will do

• Own and continuously improve the delivery flow for online products, establishing effective backlog and workflow management.
• Act as the central coordination point across Web, Digital, Marketing, Product, and external partners.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and blockers to ensure successful digital outcomes.
• Coordinate UAT readiness and sign-off processes.
• Provide clear visibility of delivery progress, priorities, capacity, and trade-offs.
• Lead improvements to agile ways of working and optimize team ceremonies for better efficiency.

Requirements

• Significant experience delivering complex projects in a digital, technology, or product-led environment.
• Must be based in or able to work in London on a hybrid basis.
• Strong stakeholder management, planning, and organizational skills.
• Proven experience with agile delivery methodologies and continuous improvement.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
