Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Belfast, Bristol, London, or Ipswich at least 3 days a week onsite.

What you will do

• Lead legal support on medium-complexity bids and partner with senior lawyers on high-value deals.
• Draft, negotiate, and execute complex customer, supplier, and partnership contracts.
• Manage in-life contractual issues, disputes, and strategic change controls.
• Advise sales and commercial teams on regulatory, legislative, and interpretation matters.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to embed governance, compliance, and risk management best practices.
• Manage external legal counsel to ensure value and quality of service.

Requirements

• Must be a qualified Lawyer (NQ upwards) or have proven relevant experience.
• Must be a UK citizen and have lived continuously in the UK for 10+ years to be eligible for DV Clearance.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to manage senior stakeholders.
• Commercially minded with a pragmatic, solutions-driven approach to legal advice.
• Financial literacy and knowledge of business strategy drivers.
