What you will do

• Design and build applications using Python, ensuring high technical quality and scalability.
• Develop and implement multi-agent systems using frameworks like LangChain and AutoGen.
• Design and optimize data storage solutions, primarily using PostgreSQL.
• Collaborate with Delivery Architects and client teams to translate business requirements into innovative digital products.
• Assist in defining structured practices for source code management, building, and deployment.
• Contribute to internal hirify.global tooling and open-source projects.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a Senior Developer within an enterprise environment.
• Deep technical proficiency in Python and SQL databases (PostgreSQL preferred).
• Practical experience with LangChain, AutoGen, or similar multi-agent frameworks.
• Experience working in Agile environments and expert knowledge of Git.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Must be based in Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Knowledge of Data Science techniques, including feature engineering and model evaluation.
