What you will do

• Develop, test, and implement high-quality software solutions using Python and Java.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver new features and products.
• Maintain and optimize the performance of existing applications.
• Identify and resolve bugs and performance bottlenecks.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure high standards of code quality.
• Document processes and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Must be based in Colombia.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Python development (Django, Flask, or FastAPI).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Java development (microservices, containerization, APIs, IAM).
• Strong knowledge of relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational (MongoDB) databases.
• Experience with TDD/BDD and automated testing.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or LangChain.
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of additional languages such as Go or JavaScript.
