What you will do

• Own the transaction monitoring components of the platform.
• Design, implement, and deliver end-to-end features and improvements.
• Improve service stability, observability, and performance, including database query optimization.
• Maintain high code quality standards through refactoring and rigorous testing.
• Provide code reviews and constructive feedback to team members.

Requirements

• 8+ years of commercial experience in Python backend and API development.
• Solid software architecture skills and experience with distributed systems.
• Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, specifically PostgreSQL.
• Understanding of testing principles across different system levels.
• Must be based in Europe.
• Proficiency in English.

• Experience with large-scale distributed systems and high data volumes.
• Familiarity with the Flask framework.
