What you will do

• Build and operate production backend systems powering AI-driven features.
• Design inference pipelines, orchestration layers, and service boundaries for AI models.
• Take ownership of production concerns including monitoring, logging, and incident response.
• Optimize latency and throughput across inference, caching, and streaming services.
• Ensure stable and clear API integration between frontend clients and AI/ML systems.
• Drive iterative performance improvements based on real-world production usage data.

Requirements

• Strong background in backend engineering within production environments.
• Experience managing high-throughput, low-latency service architectures.
• Familiarity with AI inference patterns including LLMs, embeddings, and multimodal models.
• Proven ability to debug and maintain distributed systems under load.
