Senior Customer Experience & Education Program Manager

What you will do

• Design and implement comprehensive education journeys for various customer segments.
• Collaborate with content developers to detail and deliver training programs covering onboarding and growth.
• Strategically prioritize and coordinate global and regional training events.
• Scale lab education outreach through engagement with healthcare professionals.
• Conduct hands-on training for both internal teams and external customers.
• Communicate education strategy and impact metrics to stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in commercial or educational fields.
• Proven track record in program lifecycle management and strategic initiative delivery.
• Strong ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize effectively.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Customer-centric mindset with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience in the dental industry or professional teaching is highly advantageous.
