Disaster Recovery Governance Program Lead (ICT)

Location: Hybrid, Warsaw, Poland. Eligibility to obtain an EU Personal Security Clearance is required at a later stage.

What you will do

• Coordinate and manage the ICT Disaster Recovery workstream across the Data Centre environment.
• Define, maintain, review, and continuously improve Disaster Recovery plans for in-scope services.
• Coordinate Disaster Recovery planning activities, testing exercises, reporting, and remediation follow-up.
• Monitor DR readiness through dashboards, evidence collection, status reporting, and action tracking.
• Coordinate ICT Disaster Recovery activities with Business Continuity Management teams and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure activities comply with regulatory requirements and support the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure coordination, IT resilience, business continuity support, service governance, or Data Centre environments.
• At least 3 years of experience in Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity support, resilience coordination, service recovery governance, or operational readiness.
• Experience translating BCM requirements and BIA outputs into ICT Disaster Recovery plans, recovery strategies, testing activities, and operational deliverables.
• Hands-on knowledge of backup and restore, data replication, failover and failback, service recovery, ITSM, and resilience technologies.
• Very good English, minimum B2, and eligibility to obtain EU Personal Security Clearance are required.
