What you will do
- Run the long-tail partner pipeline autonomously, including qualifying and nurturing deals.
- Manage post-onboarding partners through co-marketing coordination, integration support, and adoption tracking.
- Act as the primary point of contact for a book of partners, representing the company externally.
- Own and extend the operational backbone of the partner program, including intake and onboarding workflows.
- Identify process gaps and build solutions proactively to improve program efficiency.
- Maintain data hygiene across partner records, agreements, and revenue attribution.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in Partnerships, referral marketing, or channel sales.
- Domain expertise working with ISVs, database companies, or app marketplace ecosystems.
- Proven track record of driving co-marketing, co-sell, and referral campaigns.
- Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) and developer adoption patterns.
- Prior experience at an early-stage startup.
- Experience building side projects or prototypes using Supabase and AI-powered tools (e.g., Lovable, Bolt, Figma, v0).
