Settlement & Reporting Specialist

Salary: €28,000–€38,000 gross annual salary

What you will do

• Manage discrepancies between inbound and outbound settlement cycles by aligning supply points, volumes, and amounts.
• Monitor and update billing data, commercial master data, and RCU to maintain data quality.
• Oversee the allocation of tariff charges to the billing system for accurate invoicing.
• Identify and manage high-consumption gas delivery points outside the TIF scope.
• Verify data consistency across corporate information systems and collaborate with other departments.

Requirements

• Solid knowledge of customer operations processes in the energy and utilities sector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root-cause analysis and practical solution development.
• Understanding of the business context and the regulatory framework governed by ARERA.
• Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate it clearly to different stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
• English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SQL or other programming languages.
