What you will do

• Manage discrepancy analysis between inbound and outbound cycles by aligning supply points, volumes, and amounts.
• Monitor and update billing, commercial master data, and RCU to ensure reliability in settlement activities.
• Oversee the correct allocation of tariff charges to the billing system to ensure accurate invoicing.
• Identify and manage high-consumption gas delivery points outside the TIF scope through solid analysis.
• Verify data consistency across corporate information systems to ensure alignment between departments.

Requirements

• Solid knowledge of Customer Operations processes within the energy & utilities sector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and propose solutions.
• Deep understanding of the business context regulated by ARERA.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
• English: B2+ proficiency required as an additional skill.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SQL or other programming languages.
