TL;DR

Sr. Enterprise Sales Director (Adtech): Driving new business growth and expanding market presence across the MENAT region with an accent on C-suite relationship building and consultative selling. Focus on establishing hirify.global as the primary performance and brand safety partner for large-scale advertisers in UAE, Saudi Arabia, and emerging markets.

Location: Hybrid in Dubai, UAE (3 days per week in Media City office). Requires 40-50% travel across the MENAT region.

What you will do

  • Build a book of business with C-suite and senior marketing leaders at top regional advertisers in Travel, Aviation, Government, and Retail.
  • Develop strategic relationships with consulting partners such as Accenture and Deloitte Digital to drive digital transformation.
  • Sell core solutions including Measurement (Open Web, Social, CTV), Pre-Bid, and Performance (Scibids AI and Rockerbox).
  • Run discovery workshops to identify advertiser pain points and build compelling ROI-based business cases.
  • Negotiate multi-year enterprise contracts involving procurement, legal, and IT stakeholders.
  • Represent the company at major industry events and drive thought leadership in the MENAT market.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in adtech sales selling to premium advertisers and agencies in MENAT.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding quotas ($1M+ ARR) in a hunter role.
  • Deep expertise in the programmatic ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, verification platforms).
  • Fluent English and Arabic (minimum conversational) proficiency.
  • Must be based in Dubai, UAE.
  • Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles (3-12 months).

Nice to have

  • Turkish language skills for expansion into the Turkish market.
  • Background at adtech competitors (e.g., IAS, Moat/Oracle, Nielsen) or major platforms (Google, Meta, Amazon).
  • Experience selling SaaS or measurement solutions with API integrations.
