TL;DR

Sales Manager (AdTech): Driving revenue growth for programmatic advertising solutions within the MEA region with an accent on proactive hunter sales and new client acquisition. Focus on building strategic relationships with CMOs and heads of marketing, delivering consultative sales, and scaling user acquisition and retargeting campaigns for mobile app clients.

Location: Must be based in Istanbul, Turkey (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Proactively contact new and existing clients to secure adoption of advertising solutions.
  • Identify, propose, and sell programs to organizations within target markets and sectors.
  • Manage the sales pipeline to maximize revenue and provide accurate forecasts.
  • Develop deep understanding of client business objectives and marketing needs.
  • Engage with high-level decision-makers like CMOs to manage and drive growth.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with local advertisers and media agencies.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Istanbul
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital media sales.
  • Experience in the mobile app advertising industry, specifically user acquisition and retargeting.
  • Strong consultative sales skills and ability to explain complex technological processes.
  • Outstanding negotiation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated track record of sales success and relationship management.
