Location: Remote (Must be based in the US; focus on US Federal agencies and Virginia)

What you will do

  • Identify and penetrate net-new Federal agencies and sub-agencies through aggressive outbound prospecting and cold calling.
  • Analyze complex federal organizational charts to identify key economic buyers, technical influencers, and CISOs.
  • Deliver tailored high-impact presentations articulating hirify.global's value proposition to government stakeholders.
  • Leverage the Federal channel ecosystem, including distributors like Carahsoft and GSIs, to gain account access.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to contract close, maintaining accurate forecasts in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying enterprise software sales experience specifically in the US Federal sector.
  • Documented history of heavy net-new logo acquisition and sales club achievements.
  • Deep mastery of federal buying cycles, budget seasons, and contract vehicles such as SEWP and GSA.
  • Strong background selling AppSec, DevSecOps, cybersecurity, or open-source software management tools.
  • Exceptional outbound execution and prospecting skills without reliance on inbound leads.
