What you will do

• Set the overarching social vision across client portfolios to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Serve as a senior trusted advisor to client stakeholders, providing counsel on social opportunities and risks.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a multi-disciplinary team of social specialists.
• Identify growth opportunities and lead pitch preparation for new business development.
• Evolve the agency's social offerings and integrate capabilities with strategy, creative, and data teams.
• Represent the agency's social expertise to clients, vendors, and industry publications.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in a senior social leadership role within a marketing agency or major brand.
• Proven track record of delivering social strategy for large, complex client accounts.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
• Expert-level understanding of social platforms, emerging technologies, and consumer trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills at senior or board level.
• Must be based in London, UK to comply with the hybrid work model.
