What you will do

• Support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from initial sourcing to onboarding.
• Conduct active candidate sourcing via LinkedIn to build high-quality talent pipelines.
• Manage initial pre-selection and conduct telephone screenings.
• Coordinate and facilitate candidate interviews with hiring managers.
• Contribute to Employer Branding projects, including events and job fairs.

Requirements

• Must be a student of Labor Relations, Psychology, Economics, Legal, or a related field.
• High level of English proficiency required.
• Immediate availability for the internship.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer-focused skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Madrid.
