Location: Must be based in Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid work model).
Salary: €45,200 – €53,675 per year.

What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers and People & Culture teams to identify talent needs.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality, diverse talent across EMEA.
- Conduct competency-based interviews and provide market intelligence on hiring trends.
- Drive recruitment operations including interview scheduling, offer management, and ATS data integrity.
- Collaborate on campus recruitment, employer branding, and process improvement projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in FMCG or Retail.
- Experience recruiting across multiple countries within the EMEA region.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms like Workday or SmartRecruiters.
Nice to have
- Additional European language proficiency.
- Experience with campus recruitment and diversity hiring initiatives.
