What you will do
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of existing retail customers.
- Develop and execute customer-specific business plans, KPIs, and budgets.
- Identify customer needs to facilitate the implementation of value-added solutions.
- Expand sales of new products and services within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with internal departments including marketing, installation, and project management.
- Maintain high-level relationships ranging from store management to C-level executives.
Requirements
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in account management or sales.
- Proven track record in attaining or exceeding sales goals.
- Retail industry experience is required.
- Experience in selling technical solutions, preferably software or data-driven products.
- Dutch and English proficiency are required.
- Strong ability to prioritize strategic tasks and identify value for individual customers.
