What you will do

• Deliver technical product presentations and demonstrations to diverse audiences.
• Configure product installations and customizations during POV engagements.
• Collaborate with Product Management as a technical liaison for key accounts.
• Provide informal training to the Sales team on technology and competitive messaging.
• Act as a Trusted Advisor to prospects and customers to ensure project success.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UAE with the ability to travel to West Africa.
• Significant experience in endpoint or network security (EDR, SIEM, forensics, etc.).
• Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for C-level audiences.
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to streamline workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.

Nice to have

• Experience with malware, threat intelligence, or sandbox analysis.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and virtualization.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, OSCP, or CEH.
