What you will do

• Conduct client interviews, workshops, product demonstrations, and training sessions.
• Analyze business processes and translate requirements into effective Odoo solutions.
• Design and configure functional solutions across relevant Odoo business areas.
• Support implementations from analysis and configuration through testing, go-live, and further improvements.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, analysts, QAs, and client stakeholders.
• Advise clients on best practices and take ownership of assigned functional areas.

Requirements

• Strong experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or Odoo Business Analyst.
• At least two end-to-end Odoo implementations.
• Strong customer-facing experience and the ability to work independently in a consulting environment.
• Good knowledge of several Odoo areas, including Sales, Purchase, Inventory/Warehouse, Manufacturing, and Accounting/Finance.
• English at B2 level or higher.

Nice to have

• Strong Odoo Accounting or Finance expertise.
• Odoo Functional Certification.
• Experience with Odoo version migrations, Odoo Studio, or rescuing existing implementations.
• Previous experience working for an official Odoo partner.
